RUNES presentation at MTEC 2005

The RUNES project will be presented during MTEC 2005, the UK’s national showcase for sensors, measurement and instrumentation. MTEC 2005 will take place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. Last year over 550 companies were represented, giving visitors a unique opportunity to see a complete range of sensors and related products under one roof and discuss their requirements with knowledgeable industry experts.

MTEC 2005 visitors and exhibitors will have the opportunity to gain insights into the RUNES project as part of the Workshop 'Measuring-up for Success'. The workshop is organised by the Intersect Faraday Partnership, an organisation of academic and industrial partners dedicated to research and commercial exploitation in sensing, measurement, instrumentation and data analysis.

The presentation on RUNES will be given on Thursday 17 February 2005 at 11.35am in Hall 11 by Dr Costis Koumpis of Sira. MTEC visitors attending the presentation will have the opportunity to find out more about the limitations of today's embedded systems, the structure and technical objectives of the project, the most important application scenarios as well as the expected results. You may register your details here for your free ticket to MTEC 2005.
